Jane has over 20 years expertise across HR management consultancy and strategic HR management at various multinational companies. Prior to joining Dentsu Aegis Network, Jane worked as a Project Director focusing on high level organization structure design, rewards scheme design, performance management system building, leadership assessment, executive coaching and career management. Her clients span retail, chemical, logistics, high technology and consumer goods industries.
As a highly qualified HR professional, Jane received a series of certifications and experiences including DDI Certified Coach, Harrison, DISC, Birkman, MBTI and China National Psychological Counselor.
Jane received her Bachelor Degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Master Degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
