Dentsu Management Institute

We created the DMI to bring our top talent together, develop future leaders and bring the best of “East meets West” to our clients.  

Every year, an intensive and interactive week sees 25 talented individuals from across dentsu and 25 colleagues from Dentsu Inc join forces to tackle real business challenges. Supported and guided by members of the Global Executive Teams of both businesses, this unique shared learning opportunity stretches thinking and broadens perspectives.
