The company is headquartered in Sao Paolo with additional offices in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Leonardo Xavier and the Pontomobi leadership team will continue in their roles following the acquisition.

Through our new connection with Isobar, and its innovative and creative DNA, we will have unparalled advantages and access to proprietary tools and specialisms to help us deliver even greater business results to our clients,” said Leonardo Xavier.

“Pontomobi’s demonstrated excellence in mobile marketing is a natural complement to Isobar’s leadership in innovation and brand commerce. The addition of Pontomobi to the Isobar network will provide even greater convergent solutions for our clients as we continue to expand our offer in Latin America and Brazil,” said Jean Lin, Global CEO, Isobar.
