Dentsu Aegis Network extends digital capabilities in the Czech Republic with acquisition of Adexpres Group

Dentsu Aegis Network today announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire Adexpres.com s.r.o. (“Adexpres Group”), a leading independent group of digital agencies in the Czech Republic.

The acquisition of Adexpres Group - incorporating digital media expert Adexpres, creative agency Bistro, social media specialist Bistro Social and app development studio Mobile Internet - will further expand Dentsu Aegis Network’s digital capabilities in the market, gaining a competitive advantage in Central and Eastern Europe.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Prague, Adexpres Group provides a full range of services across online media planning and buying, creative, mobile, social and search. Led by CEO Jan Galgonek, the group’s strong team of 90 digital specialists provide broad expertise to a portfolio of leading clients including Ceska Sporitelna, McDonald’s, Heineken, GlaxoSmithKline, Hero, AMC Networks and others.

Following the acquisition, the Adexpres Group will be merged into Dentsu Aegis Network Czech Republic & Slovakia and will continue to be led by Jan Galgonek who will report into Petr Chajda, CEO of Dentsu Aegis Network Czech Republic & Slovakia.
