Dentsu Global Services Ai Native Transformation Recognized Across Skills, Innovation and Enterprise Impact
Dentsu Global Services wins Best Data & AI Skills Development Program at the BW BusinessWorld Awards and Best GCC Wide AI Transformation (Large Co.) at the ET Enterprise AI Awards.
Dentsu Global Services (DGS), Dentsu’s Global Capability Center, has been recognized for its AI Native transformation, with back-to-back honors from BW BusinessWorld and the ET Enterprise AI Awards. The BW BusinessWorld award recognizes organizations building enterprise-wide data and AI learning capabilities, while the ET Enterprise AI Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate the ability to scale AI across functions with measurable business outcomes and sustainable impact. Coming in close succession, the two recognitions reflect the breadth and momentum of DGS’s transformation: from building AI capability across its workforce to embedding AI into how the organization works and delivers value.
As AI rapidly reshapes how organizations work, the challenge extends beyond adopting new technologies to building the skills, confidence and responsible practices needed to use them effectively. The AI Native program addressed this challenge by moving beyond traditional training modules. DGS adopted a continuous AI adoption journey through four interconnected pillars: AI Knowledge, AI Access, AI Enabled and AI Powered. The program combines progressive learning with hands-on experiences, tool enablement and real-world application across client delivery and business functions.
More than 85% of employees are AI Aware, while 1,500+ employees have progressed to AI Engaged. Across DGS, 160+ AI use cases are under assessment, of which 55%+ are already active. Beyond building AI capabilities for today, AI Native is laying out the foundation for DGS’ future-of-work vision, where human expertise, AI agents and intelligent systems work together to drive business outcomes at scale.
Commenting on the recognitions, Neeraj Gera, President, Dentsu Global Services, said: “Three industry wins in one year are a powerful validation of our AI journey: from building AI capabilities to driving transformation and tangible impact, for our people, our business and dentsu. These recognitions are a testament to that collective effort and the culture of continuous learning and innovation we are building at DGS.”
These recognitions add to DGS’ third major AI-related industry win this year. DGS was also recognized as the ‘Innovative Data Engineering Project of the Year’ at the Finkelstein Awards 2026. Together, the awards recognize different dimensions of DGS’ AI capability: from building future-ready skills and driving enterprise-wide AI transformation to delivering tangible business outcomes.
