Deric is currently the CEO of Dentsu China. He is leading the group into the next era of sustainable development and transformation, promoting the integration of the group's media, creative and CXM service lines, strengthening the group's competitiveness and innovation capabilities in the market, and serving Chinese customers Create value.

Deric has been working in Greater China since 2007, holding senior management positions. He is able to drive the group's business growth, providing clients with world-leading integrated strategies (traditional and digital), optimising media ROI, content solutions, data analysis and advertising technology consulting. He has served many world-renowned brands in different fields, such as: HSBC, DBS Group, Daimler, Volkswagen, Nissan, Estee Lauder Group, Apple, McDonald's, Pepsi, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, Danone, International Dairy Group, Unilever and FedEx.

Before joining Dentsu China, Deric worked in Omnicom Group for nearly 14 years. He has been the CEO of Omnicom Hong Kong since 2018. In 2016, he served as China managing partner. Prior to joining Omnicom, Deric worked at Leo Burnett and General Mills in Hong Kong.

Deric is a champion of creativity and innovation. Over the years, he has led his team to win hundreds of awards and several industry recognitions, including "Integrated Marketing Agency", "Media Agency of the Year" by Marketing Magazine and Campaign Asia Pacific ”, “Digital Agency”, “Procedural Agency”, “Performance Agency” and “Survey Agency”. He has also been a member of the jury for awards such as Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, Global Media Festival, EFFIE Greater China, ONE Show, China ROI Awards and Asia Electronic Retailing Awards. In 2018, Deric was named Agency Innovator of the Year 2018 by US publication The Internationalist. He was also named one of the "Unsung Heroes Under 40" breaking the boundaries of advertising and media by Campaign Asia in 2013 and 2019.
