【Beware of Scam】

It has come to our knowledge that fraudulent messages are in circulation by third parties misrepresenting themselves as employees of dentsu Taiwan or its brands. These messages often carry misleading subject lines such as “Copyright Issue,” “Advertising Complaint,” or “Set-top Box Installation for Ad Revenue Sharing,” and attempt to deceive recipients—including influencers, media companies, creators, and the general public—into clicking links, downloading attachments, or providing personal information.

Please note that dentsu and its group companies have never sent such messages and will never request personal or business information in this manner.

We urge everyone to stay vigilant. If you receive a suspicious message, do not click on any links or attachments and delete it immediately to protect your information security. For any concerns, you may contact us at hello.taiwan@dentsu.com .

For verification, please only rely on the official contact information published on our brand websites:

Any transactions made in response to such fraudulent messages are at your own risk. Dentsu will not be liable for any loss or damages.
