Digital performance agency iProspect, part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, has announced two senior promotions with Ollie Rapson appointed as GM Business Performance, and Huxley Stewart as GM Melbourne.

In the newly created role, Ollie will assume responsibility for all business operations and talent across the three iProspect offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, along with sister agency Scorch.

Dan Kalinski, CEO of iProspect Australia, said: “Under Ollie’s leadership for the past three years, our Melbourne office has experienced tremendous growth and developed a wonderful culture. Ollie’s leadership, expertise and people skills have driven this, and his promotion is a well-deserved recognition of his talent and achievements.”

“Since Huxley joined the business in 2012, he has been instrumental in driving the outstanding growth of our business. Promotion to GM is a natural step in his career progression and we’re grateful to have Huxley in our team.”

“On the back of an exceptional year for iProspect, I’m delighted to have such a strong leadership team in place to position us for further growth and achievement in 2017.”

Ollie Rapson said: “I’m honoured to work with an amazing and diverse group of people at iProspect, having led the Melbourne team most recently. The Sydney and Brisbane markets are key to our growth next year and working alongside the local market GMs I look forward to further developing these operations. It’s an exciting time to be part of an agency on the cutting edge of culture, technology and marketing developments and I can’t wait to see what the year ahead holds.”

Huxley said: “After almost five years at iProspect I’m excited to have the opportunity to lead a fantastic team in Melbourne. The business has grown and evolved hugely since I started in 2012 and I look forward to continuing to build on the success that Ollie has achieved here in the new year.”

iProspect experienced significant growth through new business wins and business acquisitions this year, with Scorch and Search Factory joining the agency in June.

Matthew Crook, CEO of Performance & Data for Dentsu Aegis Network, said: “iProspect is an outstanding business and positioned for further success in 2017 and beyond. We are thrilled to see our highly talented staff take on new challenges to accelerate our ambitions.”
