They are – Lorraine Li, Managing Director, iProspect Beijing, and Daisy Jin, Head of Strategy, dentsuMB Shanghai. We are so proud that they are on the list which seeks to identify women who have inspirational stories, strong business achievements and a passion for helping to drive the industry forward. Congratulations!

Lorraine Li
「To nurture more 'One Team' leaders within her team for better global business of dentsu Group.」

Lorraine Li, who joined Dentsu four years ago, quickly became a mediator for advertisers’ needs, connecting them with quick and optimal solutions. She also continues to improve competency and efficiency between different departments within the dentsu group. Because of Li’s efforts, her team accelerated business development with a growth rate of 165%, contributed by ten departments within the group. As the backbone of business development, she shares her 'One Team' model with other teams.

With business acumen and perseverance in integrating resources, gaining quick insights to improve the business, and actively solving problems, she is a role model and a great leader. She creates a dynamic working environment that inspires and optimises the strengths of every team member. She also holds regular get-togethers and birthday parties with the team, making them feel at home.

Daisy Jin
「Women can break through barriers limiting gender and experience, embrace changes and achieve sustainable growth.」

Since joining dentsu in 2020, Daisy helps long-established client brands including Kao, Glico, Aupres, Nippon Paint and others by building sustainable marketing strategies and transformative business plans. By applying her ‘branded growth’ model, one personal care brand’s debut at Shanghai Fashion Week in October 2021 attracted a record 670 million impressions and added over one million new members during the Tmall global shopping festival. Internally, Daisy has applied a similar growth model to improve dentsu's services, encouraging resource sharing between China and Japan and the co-creation of teams and cross-category win-win. Her strategy greatly improves teamwork and inspires innovation, winning new business worth nearly 100 million RMB (15 million USD).

An education major in college, Jin continues to apply her calling as a ‘teacher’ at work, by becoming a life and career coach for others. She believes in the power of innovation, not just mentoring young talent but learning and working together with them in the face of difficulties. Meanwhile, her volunteering experience has helped many NGO initiatives, such as Rubberman Master Class and Ladies Who Tech. By nurturing the next generation of talent, Jin continues to ensure her agency and the industry has a sustainable future.

As champions for meaningful progress, dentsu China always encourages women’s growth and development. We are committed to creating a diverse, equal and inclusive corporate culture and working environment. Daisy and Lorraine are representative of our many remarkable female leaders, who shine both in their lives and their jobs. In the future, we will continue to cultivate more outstanding female leaders, enhance the voice and influence of women in the business world, and strive to promote the development of women in work and society.
