Dexter is a game changer with international HR experiences in strategic people planning, organization development, talent transformation, change management, corporate governance and M&A integration. He began his career in the high-tech industry and has since worked his way up from working in consultancy to taking up several senior positions in banking. Dexter is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion and has been striving to cultivate a workplace culture that fosters people growth.
