Ronald has more than 25 years information technology experience, he holds the bachelor degree of computing and master degree of business administration, and holds professional certificate in the fields of enterprise IT governance, project management and IT service management

Ronald joins dentsu in 2021 as the Head of Enterprise Technology.  He has the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with Taiwan market for the business technology strategy development and implementation, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. He serves as the business relationship link and advisor between business units and Technology at the executive level, provides highly valued strategic consulting level support and guidance, communicates decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to appropriate levels of staff regarding business requests and projects and initiatives. Moreover, Ronald partners with business leadership and key stakeholders to build competitive advantage and improve efficiency and effectiveness of business units, define opportunities, identify, and prioritize projects.

Prior to joining the dentsu, Ronald was the Asia IT director in the HAVI freight management and was responsible for the IT strategy planning, transformation, and operating system restructure.  This improved the company's productivity, strengthened the digital transformation and data efficiency.  He was the global IT general manager in the TOLL global forwarding and oversaw the global IT operations, and participated in the global IT strategy planning, technology transformation, M&A harmonization activities.  Prior to that, he worked in the Dragonair, Dah Sing Bank, and Citibank.
