Wayne joined dentsu as HR & Admin Supervisor at dentsu X in 2005, and has been working with the Group as Administration Leader since 2018.
Aiming to optimize the Group’s administration process by developing a system platform with the teams in the back office and building a paperless office with e-forms to streamline the operational procedure, Wayne improves the management efficiency as well as provides an excellent and user-friendly experience for all internal customers from end to end.
The dashboard implemented in the e-office program provides real-time information and data for line managers to facilitate their decision-making.
