Dentsu media appoints Takaki Hibino as Global Brand President
Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the appointment of Takaki Hibino as its new Global Brand President of Dentsu media to support the brand’s growth plans outside of Asia Pacific.
Takaki was appointed CEO Dentsu Brand Agency and Dentsu media Asia Pacific (excluding Japan) in January 2016. He will continue his responsibilities as CEO of both of these brands in APAC in addition to his new role as Global Brand President of Dentsu media.
Takaki Hibino’s 32 year career at Dentsu Inc. includes account management of global brands such as Coca-Cola, McDonald’s and Shiseido. He was appointed Executive Officer of Dentsu Inc. in 2014 in charge of marketing, PR and strategic planning, as well as global business and continuing his strong international client relationships.

Akimasa Baba, who has been Global President of Dentsu media and Managing Director of the Global Business Center of Dentsu Inc. takes on the role of CEO Beijing Dentsu which is ranked fifth among the top 100 Chinese advertising agencies also effective 1st June 2016.
