Iza Herklotz takes over DAN Brazil's talent area

Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) announces Iza Herklotz as Executive Director of Human Resources for the Brazilian operation. She assumes the position previously held by Claudio Neszlinger, today CTO (Chief Talent Officer) of DAN for Latin America, and will report directly to Abel Reis, CEO DAN Brazil and Isobar Latam.

Iza Herklotz joined DAN in 2016 as HR Director of the business and technology consultancy Cosin Consulting Linked by Isobar, when the company was acquired by the global communications group. She was responsible for leading the HR area of the consultancy at the time the operation was integrated into the Isobar Brasil Group (which also includes the agencies of DAN Isobar and LOV; the mobile marketing company Pontomobi and Isobar's software development center, IWS - Isobar Worldsourcing --, based in Porto Alegre). It helped structure and implement Cosin Consulting's HR management processes in line with DAN Brazil's culture, mission, values and strategic objectives.

With a degree in Business Administration from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and almost 20 years of experience, Herklotz made a career at Accenture; he also worked at Cosan, before arriving at Cosin Consulting, where he worked for seven years. Recently she has obtained certification in Positive Psychology: Well-being for life, from the University of Pennsylvania (USA).
