The company is now part of the select group of national and multinational companies with the best HR policies in the country. It’s the only one in the communication industry.

For the first time, Dentsu Aegis Network has been recognized as one of Brazil’s Top Employers companies, a certification attested worldwide by the Top Employers Institute. The institute is headquartered in the Netherlands and operates in 119 countries around the world. The result came after a thorough analysis of the company's HR policies, in which aspects such as Compensation & Benefits, Culture, and Learning & Development were evaluated. DAN is the first company in the Brazilian communications industry to be certified.

Iza Herklotz, HR director of the network, reinforced the importance of this credential: “Being a Top Employers company means that we are on the right path, as we establish our purpose as keeping the company's values aligned with the values of the people who work with us. This certification proves that our focus on building base programs and prioritizing investment and a long-term vision directly reflects the culture and values of Dentsu, a Japanese company that seeks business sustainability, while positively impacting the industry in which it operates and the people in it,” she said.

To be certified as Top Employers, the participating companies go through a rigorous due diligence and must reach the high standards required by the institution. In order to consolidate the process’s validity, all answers were independently audited, which means that the survey verified Dentsu's excellent career conditions, thus guaranteeing a coveted position among the select group of certified Top Employers companies.
