Anfissa Hayes CFO Switzerland & Merkle DACH
Anfissa Hayes joined dentsu in 2024 as the new Chief Finance Officer for Switzerland and Merkle DACH. In this role, she serves as a strategic partner to the Merkle DACH CEO, CCO, COO and the whole leadership team co-piloting the business strategy and the achievement of the company’s financial goals. Anfissa is responsible for strengthening the Swiss/CXM Finance team to drive financial performance, accurate forecasting and efficient cost management. She ensures accountability and ownership of the plans to increase cash velocity and improve key balance sheet KPIs ensuring financial stability.
Anfissa has a very strong background and solid track record in Finance, having held senior positions in large, multinational companies such as Procter & Gamble, SC Johnson, Unilever, and more recently at Honeywell, where she was the CFO for the Process, Measurement and Controls.
On the personal level, Anfissa is a fan of traveling, music, horticulture and languages enjoying the global diversity with her husband and 2 children.
