Audrey Coster

Since October 2024, Audrey Coster has served as HR Director Switzerland at dentsu, where she leads the national HR strategy, operations, and team. She is also a member of the CXM (Merkle) Executive Team for the DACH cluster, contributing to cross-market collaboration across Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Serbia, the Czech Republic, and Portugal.

With over 12 years of international HR leadership experience, she has held senior roles at KBI Biopharma and Collège du Léman, focusing on talent development, organisational transformation, and employee experience. Bilingual in French and English, she brings a strong people-first mindset and a proven track record in building inclusive, high-performing cultures.
