We’re stepping up to be #EachforEqual…

At Dentsu Aegis Network we believe that diverse perspectives fuel creativity and drive innovation. They enable organisations to better understand the needs of their clients and customers - and the society they serve. #EachforEqual is about celebrating and fostering the diverse perspectives and individuality across our business, which is key to our success.

Over the past 12 months, we have seen positive improvements in our diversity and inclusion agenda across the business. But we know we can do better. Today, 32% of our leadership team is female - up 2% on last year. We have an aspiration for 40% of our leaders to be female by the end of 2020, and in some markets such as South Africa (75%), Taiwan (56%), China (42%) and Germany (40%) we are making excellent progress.

This International Women’s Day, we are shining a spotlight on the role models and success stories from across Dentsu Aegis Network, that are setting the standards for how we want our wider business to operate, so we can all step up to be #EachforEqual and start to build an even more diverse and inclusive culture.
