Moving Out was created by SMG Studio along with DevM Games and published by renowned games publisher Team17.
Featuring 50+ colorful, family friendly and imaginative levels, the game was praised for its inclusiveness in design and representation. Players could choose several options to make the game playable for their abilities in addition to having any of the playable characters be represented in a wheelchair. It’s received numerous awards including the Game of the Year at the Australian Game Developer Awards in 2020.
Released on all platforms (Xbox, Sony Playstation, Nintendo Switch and Steam) simultaneously in 2020 including a worldwide physical release the game has gone onto sell more than 500,000 digital copies to date.
