Dentsu Taiwan has been honored at the prestigious HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2025 Awards, securing five major wins including the flagship Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award, as well as four special recognitions: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Award; Most Caring Company Award; Sustainable Workplace Award; and Tech Empowerment Award. The company is the only marketing communications group in Taiwan to achieve a clean sweep across all categories, and was further named a “Best of the Best” winner—the highest accolade awarded—highlighting its holistic achievements in talent development and corporate culture.

“We are deeply honored that our collective efforts have been recognized once again. This achievement belongs to every member of our team, whose passion and commitment bring our people-first vision to life,” said [CEO/Spokesperson Name], CEO, Dentsu Taiwan. “At dentsu, we are committed to creating a diverse, sustainable, innovative, and supportive workplace where our people can thrive and shine. We will continue to nurture this culture, working hand in hand with our colleagues to build an agile, forward-looking organization that fosters shared prosperity for both our company and society.”

For the first time, HR Asia introduced the “Best of the Best” category in Taiwan, selecting only five companies across all industries that demonstrated exceptional performance in every evaluation dimension. Dentsu Taiwan was the only representative from the marketing communications sector, underscoring its sustained focus on talent development, organizational resilience, and social impact.

The selection process allocates 70% of the score to an anonymous employee survey, assessing three key dimensions: corporate culture and leadership, sense of belonging and work purpose, and team dynamics and workplace environment. Dentsu Taiwan exceeded the market average in all indicators, reflecting employees’ strong endorsement of its culture, policies, and overall employee experience.

Over the years, Dentsu Taiwan has implemented a comprehensive talent development strategy through structured policies and cultural initiatives, including:

  • Tech Empowerment: Company-wide adoption of generative AI tools, supported by 30 hands-on GAI training sessions with a 98% satisfaction rate. Over 90% of employees have integrated these tools into their work, reducing repetitive tasks by an average of 90% while boosting efficiency and creativity.
  • Most Caring Company: A multi-channel feedback mechanism and the Wellness program to support mental and physical health, as well as flexible work arrangements.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Initiatives such as the Women Empowerment Office and Super Mom Power—programs designed to empower women in the workplace, enhance gender equality, and advocate for broader policy and societal change.
  • Sustainable Workplace: Providing over 55,000 hours of training annually and implementing the Career Mobility Program to cultivate T-shaped talent, fostering cross-functional learning and long-term career growth.

Since first winning the HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia award in 2019, Dentsu Taiwan has now received this recognition three times. Its clean sweep across all award categories this year, capped by the “Best of the Best” honor, reaffirms the long-term value of its people-centric strategy and demonstrates how the company continues to drive organizational innovation and create positive social impact through its core philosophy of putting people first.
