iProspect Taiwan Announces New Senior Appointments to Lead Next Phase of Growth-Focused Media Transformation

iProspect Taiwan, a dentsu company, has announced key leadership appointments as part of its 2025 management restructure—marking a significant milestone in the agency’s ongoing transformation. Since 2022, iProspect Taiwan has evolved from a performance-driven media agency into a strategic growth partner, integrating brand building with sales performance. These leadership moves are intended to accelerate that evolution and strengthen the agency’s ability to navigate a future shaped by generative AI and rapidly shifting media landscapes.
Key Leadership Appointments
Paula Chiang has been promoted to General Manager of iProspect Taiwan, overseeing overall business operations and strategic direction. She will report directly to Managing Director Ego Lau. Formerly Head of Strategy, Chiang joined the agency in 2022 and has since demonstrated exceptional leadership and market foresight, guiding the team in achieving multiple high-impact growth milestones. Her deep expertise in integrated marketing and her hands-on approach to organizational transformation will be key drivers in the agency’s evolution into iProspect 3.0. In recognition of her impact, she was named one of Campaign Asia-Pacific’s 2024 Women to Watch in Greater China.
Nelly Chiang has been promoted to Executive Vice President, having previously led the Full Funnel Practice (FFP). She has long been instrumental in strategic planning and cross-functional project execution. In her new capacity, she also takes on the role of Growth Lead, responsible for shaping and implementing growth strategies across business units, driving interdepartmental collaboration, improving operational efficiency, and identifying new business opportunities.
Keigo Chang, a founding member of iProspect Taiwan, has been promoted to Vice President. With deep experience in brand strategy and client services, he will also serve as Communication & Culture Lead, responsible for brand reputation management and strengthening both internal and external communications.
A New Phase: iProspect 3.0
iProspect is entering its 3.0 phase—evolving from its origins as a performance-focused agency (1.0), through brand-performance integration (2.0), to its latest transformation: AI-enhanced, performance-driven branding. This new phase combines strategic thinking, data insights, and generative AI technologies to redefine the role of media—not merely as a vehicle for attention, but as a core engine for brand growth and consumer influence.
“At iProspect, our value lies not only in precise media execution, but in using data and strategy to fuel long-term brand growth,” said Ego Lau, Managing Director of iProspect Taiwan. “We believe media is no longer just a cost allocation tool—it’s a growth engine. These appointments represent a pivotal moment in our ongoing transformation and a powerful step toward driving innovation, measurable impact, and shared success with our clients in an ever-changing landscape.”
