As chief solutions officer for global alliances, Adam leads the development of integrated client solutions that combine the power of dentsu’s capabilities with the platforms of the firm’s strategic partners, including Adobe, Salesforce, Google, AWS, and others. Adam was previously the chief solutions officer for dentsu Americas and Merkle (acquired by dentsu) where he also served as the global chief marketing officer. He began his tenure at Merkle as the chief growth officer for its agency services business focused on driving the growth of the company’s digital offerings. Adam has worked with a range of clients including HBO, Warner Bros, Target, Sam’s Club, Nike, and others.

Adam has 25 years of interactive expertise helping clients succeed online. He joined Merkle from Hearst Corporation, where he served as CEO of Core Audience as well as chief strategy officer of iCrossing. Adam led corporate and M&A strategy as well as all client-related strategic services, developing marketing solutions that answer client challenges.
