Steve Daraio is a marketing and client services executive with over 37 years of experience including the domains of business strategy, customer research, creative and media strategy, and technology innovation. Steve started out first in traditional marketing and later branched into the interactive arena when he started his own agency.
Most recently he was consulting for a few companies working to combine and expand their offerings to create an end to end agency to include BPO/Business Transformation, creative, content and commerce.
Prior, Steve was at Sapient where he helped build and manage the Client Service domain for the mid-Atlantic and Northeast region while also developing a book of business including brands such as Verizon, Citibank, WWE, Marriott, Johnson & Johnson and AB InBev. His industry experience spans, CPG, Automotive, Financial Services, Entertainment, Spirits, Retail, Healthcare and more.
From agile projects to long term partnerships, the key to success is a judicious mix of people, technology and empathy. Actively avoid buzzwords and focus on building great teams and client relationships. Steve believes success in business comes from focusing on what’s right for the client and working together to achieve it. A sense of humor doesn’t hurt either.
