Dentsu Appoints Kyla Jeffers as First Chief Growth Officer for North America
New York, NY (August 26, 2025)– Today, dentsu announced the appointment of Kyla Jeffers as its first-ever Chief Growth Officer for North America. Jeffers brings a wealth of experience in business development and client leadership, having led some of the industry’s most esteemed new business pitches that converted to iconic brand wins.
Championing innovation and sustainable growth, Jeffers will focus on delivering distinctly dentsu solutions that bring together the transformative power of data-driven strategies through forging meaningful client partnerships, nurturing new opportunities, and inspiring collaborative teams. Jeffers will partner with growth leaders across the dentsu network to deliver integrated, consultative solutions – harnessing the power of dentsu’s core brands to amplify growth through integrated media-centric collaboration.
Jeffers has held senior growth roles, including EVP, Global Growth and Marketing Lead for WPP, where she led the successful global pitch for The Coca-Cola Company and subsequently served as Global President for the Coca-Cola™ business. She has also held leadership roles at TBWA, Crispin, and other leading agencies. A veteran in business development, Jeffers has led winning global pitches for high-profile accounts across retail, food and beverage, technology, and other major categories. Her ability to craft compelling growth strategies has consistently delivered exceptional results, establishing her as a pivotal force in scaling businesses across industries.
