The Forrester Wave™: Salesforce Consulting Partners, Q2 2021 report used 23 criteria to evaluate 13 top Salesforce Consulting Partner providers, including a focus on implementation, strategy consulting, and support capabilities.
Dentsu received the highest-possible score in the Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud criteria, and was also evaluated on the criteria of multi-cloud deployment, strategy performance, commercial models, vision, and execution roadmap.
