Top Executives Join Isobar Public Sector to Accelerate Digital Transformation

Washington, DC, July 12, 2021 – Isobar Public Sector, a dentsu international company, announced today the appointments of Yancey Hall, Chief Growth Officer, John Sandoval, Vice President of Client Services, and Jon Clayton, Vice President of Business Development to Isobar Public Sector, a global practice that delivers end-to-end digital transformation and IT modernization capabilities for government clients, including the U.S. Air Force, Air National Guard and the U.S. Army.

As Chief Growth Officer, Yancey brings over 20 years of experience supporting public and private sector organizations with lifecycle digital transformation that improves service delivery, customer experience and mission performance. He joins Isobar Public Sector at a pivotal time to help government agencies modernize and improve service delivery and to drive future growth at a newly transformed Isobar.

In his role, Yancey is responsible for the organization’s growth of its digital service offering across civilian, defense and state and local sectors. He will support the firm’s strategic focus on experience design, application modernization, cloud services, emerging technology, data transformation and cybersecurity. These capabilities form an integrated, interconnected digital platform that can help government agencies rapidly pivot and improve mission delivery.

Joining Yancey are two industry leaders who will support client delivery and strategic growth:

  • John Sandoval, Vice President of Client Services, Isobar Public Sector, brings over 15 years of experience leading complex digital transformation programs that solve core business problems for public sector clients. These efforts enable government agencies to answer strategic challenges, solve enterprise-wide business problems, and design innovative solutions that are adaptable and scalable. John will be reporting to Keith Pine, Chief Operating Officer, Isobar Public Sector.
  • Jon Clayton, Vice President of Business Development, Isobar Public Sector brings 20 years of IT industry experience with deep expertise with all phases of business development and capture management for the public sector. Jon has spent his career as both a technologist and seasoned business developer. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Jon will be reporting to Yancey Hall.

These new additions will enable Isobar to realize its strategy of providing an integrated, interconnected digital platform that can help agencies engage with citizens and improve mission delivery.
