Ted Bray

Ted Bray is Chief Growth Officer and Senior Vice President for Dentsu International’s Channels and Alliances business in Asia Pacific. Since joining Merkle in 2016, Ted has been focused on driving growth. This growth has been driven by helping the world’s leading organizations create competitive advantage through understanding who their customers are, and leveraging that understanding to drive relevant, contextual customer experiences. 

Previous to his current role, Ted served as Merkle’s Chief Growth Officer for Asia Pacific from 2017 to 2020, based in Singapore. Throughout his career, Ted has worked extensively as a global enterprise growth leader in both direct sales and in channels & alliances. He has demonstrated consistent success in hitting P&L targets, and in building & leading sales and client teams to achieve sales quotas and revenue goals. Ted has built and managed diverse teams that have successfully defined, sold, implemented, and managed solutions across data transformation, digital transformation and the adaptive organization.

Ted holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from McPherson College, majoring in Business Administration and Marketing. During the pandemic, he and his wife Leslee are living in Colorado, USA. They plan to return to Asia once international travel becomes easier later this year. They have 3 wonderful grown children, and 2 energetic dogs!
