Christena Pyle

Christena Pyle is the Chief Client Experience Officer at Dentsu North America, where she is responsible for elevating the client experience, shaping the regions client portfolio model, and strengthening the client community through a modern approach to organic growth. She brings to this role a rare combination of strategic vision, entrepreneurial drive, and a deeply personal approach to building client relationships that drive business outcomes. 

Over the course of her career, Christena has worked across agencies, holding companies, and non-profits, advocating for the health of the advertising industry and championing a culture that puts people and clients at the center of everything we do. She has cultivated lasting relationships across the media, marketing, advertising, tech, and creative industries, developed key strategic partnerships, and consistently brought fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the organizations she has served. Prior to her current role, Christena served as Chief Community and Engagement Officer at Dentsu Americas and now serves on dentsu Americas Executive Leadership Team and Americas Growth Committee, helping to ensure a modern marketing experience is delivered at every client touchpoint. 

A recognized industry leader, Christena was named to Ad Age's 40 Under 40 and inducted into the American Advertising Federation's Advertising Hall of Achievement. She also received the AAF Jack Avrett Volunteer Spirit Award for her service to the industry. She serves on committees, councils, and boards supporting the future of the advertising industry, including the Board of Directors of the American Advertising Federation. 

Christena believes in the power of media as a force for good — with a lasting, meaningful impact on society. She is married to Rosemary, is a new parent, and calls New York City home.
