Massimo Villa Multedo

Massimo Villa Multedo is Chief Financial Officer for the Americas at dentsu, bringing nearly three decades of global financial leadership across the banking, financial services, and media sectors. With a career spanning the US, Europe, and Asia, Massimo is known for his strategic mindset, operational rigor, and ability to drive transformation across complex, multinational organizations. 

Massimo joined dentsu in 2019 as CFO for EMEA, overseeing financial operations across 40 markets and leading a team of 850 finance professionals. He was promoted to Deputy CFO for International Markets in 2023 and then to Deputy CFO of Dentsu Group Inc. in 2024. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in aligning global finance functions, enhancing performance transparency, and supporting the integration of international and Japan-based teams. 

Prior to dentsu, Massimo held senior finance roles at HSBC and General Electric. At HSBC, he served as Global CFO for Global Wealth Management and later as CFO for Western Asia, where he managed financial oversight across India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Mauritius. During his 17-year tenure at GE, he held multiple leadership roles across GE Capital and GE Money, including CFO positions in the UK and Italy, and led global audit and FP&A functions. 

Massimo brings deep governance experience, having worked closely with boards, regulators, and credit agencies. He is a trusted partner to CEOs and executive teams, with a track record of leading through transformation, acquisition integration, and business turnaround.
