Dentsu evolves its organization in Latin America to accelerate growth
Changes accelerate a simpler, more agile, and client-centric organization
São Paulo, June 15, 2026 – Dentsu today announces that Juan Pedro McCormack has been appointed Interim CEO of dentsu Brazil. The executive will combine the new role with his current position as CEO of dentsu Latin America, taking on leadership of the Brazilian operation while overseeing the market’s integration with the regional strategy.
With more than 20 years of experience at dentsu, Juan Pedro brings extensive expertise in driving growth and leading strategic initiatives across Latin America. Over the past five years as head of the regional operation, he has led the evolution of the business across key markets in the region. This change is part of an organizational move aimed at accelerating growth, increasing agility, and strengthening integration across Latin America, reinforcing dentsu’s positioning as a growth partner to its clients.
Another important move takes place in Colombia, where Héctor Bula returns to dentsu to lead this high-growth market, working closely with Paola Máximo, CEO of dentsu Mexico, and Leandro Zumárraga, CEO of Argentina and Chile.
As part of these changes, Tiago Vargas, who has led the Brazilian market for the past four years will be leaving the company.
