São Paulo, July 20, 2026 – dentsu Brazil today announced the promotion of Viviana Maurman and Bruno Panico to Senior Vice President, reporting directly to Juan Pedro McCormack, CEO of dentsu Latin America and Interim CEO of Brazil.

The movement reinforces the group’s strategy to expand integration across its capabilities and accelerate the delivery of connected solutions that drive client results. Under the new structure, Viviana and Bruno will jointly lead dentsu’s operations and business activities in Brazil. The group’s capabilities will be organized into two complementary clusters to foster a more agile and effective approach to business. The first cluster, led by Viviana, encompasses Media, Data & Insights, and Technology. The second, led by Bruno, brings together Business, Creative, and Planning.

The model reflects dentsu’s global strategy of operating in a simpler, more agile, and increasingly integrated way, connecting media, creativity, experience, data, and technology to respond more quickly to brands’ business challenges and drive business growth in Brazil.

“We believe that integration through business simplification is one of the key differentiators in creating value for our clients. Viviana and Bruno bring together complementary expertise, deep knowledge of our business, and a collaborative leadership approach. This new structure strengthens our ability to connect talent, capabilities, and solutions to accelerate results and support our clients’ transformation journeys,” said Juan Pedro McCormack.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Viviana Maurman has been with dentsu for five years. During this time, she has led the group’s media practice, overseeing a multidisciplinary team of about 100 specialists across planning, programmatic media, and special projects. She also leads dedicated hubs that serve clients including Heineken, Chevrolet, and Pernod Ricard.

Bruno Panico has been with dentsu for 14 years and leads the company’s business division. Throughout his career, he has built strategic relationships and developed integrated operating models, playing a key role in aligning the organization’s diverse capabilities with clients’ growth challenges. A member of CONAR, he is passionate about consumer behavior, brands, and strategy. His leadership is guided by collaboration, innovation, and a focus on driving business results.

With this new executive leadership structure, dentsu reinforces its commitment to an increasingly integrated approach, strengthening collaboration across teams and disciplines to deliver more connected, efficient solutions that support brand growth in Brazil.
