Sao Paulo, January 2022 - For another consecutive year, dentsu International is recognized as one of the Top Employers in Brazil, and is the only company in the country to receive this certification in the communications market. The certification applied by the Top Employers Institute, identifies companies that have good people management practices, to highlight them in the market, making them a target for high performance professionals and clients that value the good reputation of partner organizations.

Paola Klee de Vasconcellos, Executive Director of HR at dentsu Brasil, says how the seal positively affects the brand: "Winning the Top Employer certificate is proof of dentsu's commitment to our people, demonstrating that our values are present in our management practices. When we are evaluated by an independent institution, the certification gains an important dimension, confirming that we are on the right path by positively impacting the market and our employees".
