Dentsu Canada appoints a New Chief Client Officer

Industry veteran Jennifer Lewis joins Carat Canada as Chief Client Officer. 

Toronto, Canada (April 17, 2023)  – Dentsu Canada announced today that industry veteran Jennifer Lewis joins the Canadian media leadership team. As Chief Client Officer at Carat, she will lead a team of highly talented media professionals and work alongside media President Sarah Thompson. Jennifer will be responsible for account management and client experience designed to elevate what is possible in media. 

An industry veteran holding various senior leadership roles in the media landscape, where she has successfully integrated global clients across various brand portfolios. In addition to a solid track record achieving corporate goals, Jennifer has a passion for developing high performance teams to deliver on client’s evolving needs and expectations. 

Jennifer Lewis, Chief Client Officer, Carat said about the appointment: “It’s an exciting time to be at dentsu. Most recently an SVP at Starcom in their LA office with leadership roles supporting agency-wide culture, diversity, and product. Jennifer has led strategic planning for over 20 years on accounts across a variety of categories from CPG to Retail to Finance to Entertainment. A strategic thinker to the core, Jennifer is always seeking unique perspectives to effectively connect brands and products with consumers. As a certified coach, Jennifer brings coaching skills to her teams and is always working to identify new ways to see consumers as humans first and living her goal to be a “Coach as Leader” who is brave, says the things that need to be said – and asks the questions that need to be asked.
