Combining unmatched work ethic and a learning mindset with two decades of experience at the helm of ICUC, Jan is dedicated to ensuring that the business is not only primed for scale but, most importantly, that employees find fulfillment in their roles.
As the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Champion for ICUC, Jan collaborates closely with dentsu leadership to maintain a strong focus on equity and representation. She ensures that DEI and a sense of belonging remain central to the overarching business strategy.
