Challenge
Can we increase productivity by smart interface design?
Planorama is a leading global provider of digitization for retail execution. It streamlines the traditionally cumbersome store shelf validation process, using advanced AI solutions.
A team of agents manages the quality assurance and training of the machine learning image recognition process.
Decreasing the average review time of agents while preserving the high quality of this QA workflow would lead to higher efficiency.
Planorama hired Dentsu Creative's Experience Design team to optimize the software flow and interface against the above mentioned KPIs.
Solution
Design Sprint tailored to the specific need of the project.
We proposed a customized version of the Design Sprint to understand the problem space and generate possible solutions.
Working as an embedded part of Planorama's in-house product team, we iteratively explored multiple proposals and delivered a bespoke interactive solution prototype.
We scheduled the prototype for A/B testing to validate its efficiency against the preset KPIs.
