Dentsu Appoints Denise Noordermeer as New Commercial Director Media
Amsterdam, 2 October 2025 – Dentsu Benelux is proud to announce the appointment of Denise Noordermeer as Commercial Director for the dentsu media practice, effective as of 1 December 2025.
Denise joins from her role as Head of Media at Odido, a client that has worked closely with the dentsu media team for over a decade. This long-standing and effective collaboration has given her deep insight into dentsu’s vision, approach, and people, forming a solid foundation for her new position.
As Commercial Director, Denise will become part of the leadership team and will be responsible for the strategic commercial direction of the media practice within dentsu Benelux. Her focus will be on building mutual trust and strengthening long-term client relationships.
Denise will focus on close collaboration with clients to jointly identify opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and drive sustainable growth. She will also play an active role in expanding new business and developing new partnerships based on transparency, long-term commitment, and impact.
As an experienced marketing and communication strategist, Denise brings over 25 years of expertise in the telecom, media, and technology sectors. She has a proven track record in brand development, optimising client strategies, and leading multidisciplinary teams.

My career in the media sector began over 25 years ago at Carat, and over the past 10 years I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with dentsu in my role as an advertiser for Tele2, T-Mobile, and Odido. The organisation already feels familiar, thanks in part to this long-standing collaboration from the client side.
I’m excited to now take on this new role at dentsu.
