Continues to attract powerhouse talent with infusion of hybrid leaders

New York, New York – As part of its ambition and commitment to unlock opportunities for growth and good across the entire healthcare ecosystem, dentsu health announced today two key senior appointments, both will report into Kent Groves, Global Head of Strategy. These appointments further dentsu health’s strategy to champion meaningful progress for clients, helping them win in the digital economy.

These new additions will enable dentsu health to realize its focus of uniting leadership across the globe with a deep understanding of the emotional territory of healthcare, equipping brands to connect with the right audience at the right moment, but always with ideas that speak to the heart.

To elevate dentsu health’s research and audience capabilities, Data Scientist Olympia Mantsios has been appointed Global VP Data & Analytics. A digital and  data storyteller, Mantsios will help dentsu health and its clients better translate facts and insights into business advantages. An awarded leader, Olympia was recently the recipient of the MM+M Women to Watch award. “At dentsu health I’m looking forward to building a strong centralized analytics team focusing on insights and thought leadership. Research and audience engagement will be embedded into every stage of the planning process and not simply be a tool that is brought in at the end. Campaign performance will also continue to be key in identifying opportunities and providing more robust business solutions for our clients.” said Olympia Mantsios, Global VP Data & Analytics.

To accelerate the transformation of dentsu health’s product offerings, Lynda Gordon will join as Senior Vice President, Product Development. Lynda will be focused on building new data products and integrated solutions to support dentsu health’s engagements with global health clients while creating strategic differentiation through tools, technology and insights.  These new products will include health media planning data, audience insights, marketing and creative performance analytics, brand insight and reputation tracking tools as well as foundational approaches to industry benchmarking and social monitoring tools. “The opportunity with dentsu health was too good to pass up and I’m extremely excited to be joining the dentsu family! I’ve always been passionate about strategic partnerships and the associated data appends and joining this team provides me with the opportunity to collaborate with some amazing and talented people, on some of the biggest health brands globally.” said Lynda Gordon, SVP, Product Development

Kent Groves, Global Head of Strategy said: “As the convergence of the healthcare landscape continues to put pressure on the remaining silos in our industry, health agencies, now more than ever, need to challenge the status-quo. There is no room for purebred advertising solutions in a complex, consumer-driven world where the pace of evolution is only accelerating. In both Olympia and Lynda, we have found award winning, hybrid leaders who genuinely understand the foundations of the health business, while at the same time are agents of change who are not afraid of taking risks to transform the role a health brand can play to be relevant, and value-additive to our clients.”
