He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Ivey Business School and has gained extensive experience in entrepreneurship, marketing and strategy through a variety of successful start-ups, mergers and licensing arrangements. From being a strong advocate inclusive work environments to the way he cultivates innovative partnerships with clients that deliver the solutions their customers need; he consistently proves his belief that people are at the centre of everything we do.

Jeff is currently President, Global Solutions where he is focused on leading dentsu’s integrated strategy, client management and innovation groups. He joined the network in 2014 when SPOKE, the agency he co-founded was acquired by dentsu to enhance the group’s digital expertise. Jeff was most recently the CEO of dentsu Canada where he developed a new, modern and client-focused value proposition to re-introduce the network’s market offering. Simultaneously, he launched dentsu’s Solutions group in the Americas, introducing a consultancy-style, full-service offering that fuses dentsu’s specialist talent into integrated, solutions-focused teams powered by a trademark Design Thinking process, PROTON™️. He has also formed one-of-a-kind strategic partnerships with leading startups that have empowered new thinking and competitive advantage. 

His approach to leadership has fostered remarkable growth in these areas with clients such as Nestle Nespresso, Hilton Hotels, Disney, ABInBev, and General Motors. In 2019, he and the network team worked with GM to develop and launch Cadillac Live— (AdAge Coverage) — a first-of-its-kind luxe shopping experience and that The Globe and Mail said, " bringing digital car shopping into another dimension."  

Jeff was awarded PROFIT Magazine’s Young Entrepreneur Award and has been nominated as Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young. He is often called upon as a lecturer by the likes of Google, The University of Toronto, Ivey Business School and several international business forums for his perspective on insight-led agency engagements and topics including Advertising, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Recently, Jeff was also nominated to the Board of Directors to the Canadian Marketing Association where he’s held various active committee roles for many years.
