- Replatform the AU site and other markets
- Support 2,500 concurrent users site wide (increasing from 400)
- Enable 250 users to checkout at the same time
- 4-5 second page load speed during peak periods
- Increase in YOY online revenue growth
- Seamless platform integration with third parties
- Implement a scalable, futureproofed solution
- Enable personalisation and marketing capabilities
Solution
Isobar implemented a Commerce platform designed to provide both immediate benefits but also establish a modern, flexible infrastructure to drive the future growth of Adairs’ online business.
Isobar worked closely with Adairs and key stakeholders to deliver an intelligent and robust platform that has zero downtime since launch. Isobar ensured technical SEO standards were maintained between platforms and as a result, adairs.com.au did not lose any SEO value as a result of the replatform.
The new site integrated with Adairs’ ERP and PoS systems as well as specialist commerce applications to provide an omni-channel shopping experience that was seamless across online and physical stores.
