16th March 2020, Sofia: Bulgaria has not been in such a historic situation since the end of WWII. But now the media all around us is making it unprecedented and even more sound than ever before. Every day there is a new development that we have to deal with. As friends, as family, as colleagues, as decision makers and as fellow human beings and community citizens.
We all have a shared responsibility to make sure that the corona infection is spread as little as possible and ultimately stopped. The recommendations of the Government and the health authorities are completely clear – please avoid any unavoidable contacts and take the situation seriously. Rather make too much than too little.
Dentsu Bulgaria is supporting and following without hesitation the recommendations and initiatives initiated by the health and government authorities. We have a duty to answer responsibly in a society that needs everyone - both the business and its single citizens - to support and do what is necessary in this situation.
We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak since the beginning of the crisis. Our primary aim is to ensure we are protecting the health and safety of our people, clients and the communities in which we operate.
All Dentsu Bulgaria employees have been guided how to protect themselves, well equipped to work from home and answer to any situation in this disruptive environment. Because despite the fact that our everyday lives are turned upside down, there is no doubt where our focus lies. On our people and our clients. And we are more than proud to guarantee that we are able to provide them the great level of service they are all used to.
Many Bulgarian companies are going through difficult times at the moment, and now, more than ever before, we are here to advise and support their concerns. Meetings are held virtually, and while different than usual, it also gives us new perspectives on collaboration and untapped opportunities in the digital world.
Our partners can expect us to be present and proactive in the usual way and ensure the normal, high level of professionalism in all our daily work. Our foremost aim is to support them through constant and close dialogue with each and every one of them, through regular contact with the media about the management of their campaigns, so that we ensure that everything runs as efficiently and creates as much value as possible taking the best from the worst and helping less fortunate in need as much as we can.
