His most recent award win came off the heels of the 2023 Cannes Lions international Festival of Creativity, as Dentsu Canada took home 3 Lions for the Inflation Cookbook, created in collaboration with SkipTheDishes.
Rafik is also a strong advocate of elevating the work of young and aspiring creatives and founded Young Glory, a global education program for creatives.
