#ChooseToChallenge

COVID-19 has created an opportunity for a global reset. The seismic events of 2020 and the ongoing effects of COVID-19 are creating a momentum for change unseen for a generation. In a survey of more than 21,000 adults from 27 countries, 86% said they would prefer to see the world change significantly – and become more sustainable and equitable – instead of returning to how it was pre-pandemic.

At dentsu we #choosetochallenge and be part of the solution.

This International Women’s Day, dentsu is making a promise to its people for lasting change – not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because it makes good business sense.

In 2021, we're starting to act on this promise through purpose-built education and training for our people centred around ‘Inspiring Inclusion’, understanding our gender balance, setting ambitious goals, and putting in place clear paths to promotion for female talent.

Our people are designers, creatives and innovators with a passion for meaningful progress. At dentsu we #choosetochallenge gender bias in our business, our industry, our clients, and our communities. We embrace individuality, enable a culture of respect and we’re grounded in commitment and action.
