Mary leads dentsu Marketing Science for UK & Ireland, overseeing a multidisciplinary team across marketing effectiveness, data science, audience intelligence, cultural insights and behavioural science. Her work empowers clients and teams to make smarter, evidence-based decisions that drive measurable impact and long-term growth.
Prior to this role, she led the global Data, Tech and Digital Operations team, where she was instrumental in scaling innovation and operational excellence across markets. As Regional Media COO for EMEA, she drove transformation across media operations, and later, as Chief
Product Officer for the region, she shaped the product strategy and delivery across a diverse portfolio of clients.
