Caroline Cook to join dentsu as Communications & Marketing Director

Dentsu today announces the appointment of Caroline Cook as Communications & Marketing Director in the UK & Ireland.

Cook will oversee all internal and external communications for dentsu and its agencies in the UK.

She brings a wealth of experience from across the media industry, having held senior positions at several UK media owners including ITV, The Guardian and most recently Channel 4, where she was responsible for leading Channel 4’s corporate and commercial press activity. Including proactively communicating Channel 4’s remit and unique business model, launching4Studio - Channel 4’s in-house digital hub - and implementing the comms strategy which launched Channel 4’s Future4 strategy, articulating the acceleration of the company’s mission to becoming a digital first public service broadcaster.

Prior to Channel 4 Cook was Head of Corporate Communications for global production business Fremantle where she managed internal and external communications across 30 territories and launched the companies CSR strategy.

She will report into Euan Jarvie, CEO dentsu UK&I.
