PROUD exists to ensure that every LGBTQ+ employee at dentsu feels safe, supported, and celebrated for who they are. At a time when LGBTQ+ rights and visibility are under pressure in wider society, we are committed to building a workplace that protects, empowers, and amplifies LGBTQ+ voices.
